AICRM
The CRM you talk to, not operate
Most CRMs are powerful, but using them often feels like maintaining a database rather than building customer relationships.
Every contact update, follow-up, task, segment and campaign requires another form, menu or workflow. For a founder or small team, that administrative work quickly becomes a job of its own.
That is why I started building AICRM: the CRM you talk to, not operate.
The idea is simple. Instead of learning where everything lives inside a CRM, you should be able to tell it what you want:
“Add this person as a lead.”
“Show me the contacts I haven’t followed up with.”
“Create a segment for engaged prospects.”
“What should I focus on today?”
“Summarise the recent activity for this contact.”
AICRM combines contacts, segmentation, email campaigns, forms, automation, calendars, tasks, lead scoring, data quality and analytics. The conversational layer is intended to make those tools easier to use, rather than becoming another isolated AI feature.
I began working on AICRM in 2025 as a bootstrapped solo side project. I’m writing the code myself and learning how much of conventional CRM work can be handled through natural conversation without taking control away from the user.
The difficult part is not adding a chat box. It is making conversational actions reliable, understandable and useful enough for real customer data.
I would especially value feedback from founders and small teams:
Which CRM task creates the most repetitive work for you?
What would you trust a conversational CRM to handle automatically?
Which actions would you always want to review before they happen?

About
I’m building AICRM because traditional CRMs create too much admin. It lets founders and growing teams manage contacts, follow-ups, campaigns and reporting by talking to the system instead of operating it.
