Launched Approximated.app

This initial version was built around a singular reverse proxy server and did not yet have any billing built in. It was a true MVP, but I had found at least one real customer who needed it for their growing indie SAAS.

With a little bit of doing things that don't scale, and just manually sending out Stripe invoices, I got it launched.
