Growth Engine for Apps
Hi all. I am Lukas, a solo founder from Austria. I have been building apps since 2016, a lot of them. Several got featured by the stores and together they passed 500k downloads. Over those years one thing always turned out to be true: marketing is the part that decides whether an app grows or dies.
And marketing an app is daily work. Check keywords, tweak the listing, figure out what content to post, look at whether the ads pay, stare at a retention chart, repeat. The tools I paid for described that work. None of them did it, and none told me what to do next for the stage my app was in.
What is new is that AI can now support you enormously in that work. So I am building AppTug, the growth engine for apps.
The idea: you connect the data you already have, store analytics, revenue, ad accounts, retention, and AppTug builds the growth loops that fit your stage and what your metrics allow. It tracks keywords and the listing over time and suggests the next change. It tells you which short form content works in your niche, what to try and what to stop. It looks at your ads and says whether they are profitable and where the budget should go. And it points at the internal metric that is holding growth back. One tool that builds the whole growth engine, and the strategy adapts to the budget, from nothing to serious ad spend.
Where I am: the site is live at apptug.com, the product is in a private beta with a waitlist, and I plan to open it in about one to two months.
