Product Pricing changes
by Alexandru PaduraruSince we launched we seen pretty low interest in the product and we thought a possible problem could be the pricing. We had 1 Free tier, 1 x Quarterly (89$), and 1x Annual (249$), there were only a few sign ups but after 3 months we saw a very high churn rate.
During the Black Friday campaign, we wanted to give some discounts to the users and also see if the new pricing will have any major changes.
We also added the 1x Monthly tier as many people requested these options.
Now we are running at a 50% discount:
Monthly: 14$
Quarterly: 44$
Annual: 124$
So far this combination of prices seems better for our users. Many people wanted the Monthly payment.
We will keep it for a couple of months to get more feedback, then decide what is the best pricing option.
