Try one Attendance edit in the Workforce Box
CRM, projects, attendance, inventory, invoicing.
Each tool may work well on its own. But as the stack grows, I keep seeing another problem:
people end up doing the work between the tools themselves.
Re-entering the same data. Checking whether two systems match. Moving information from one workflow to another.
That’s the problem I’m exploring with blockmade.
The idea isn’t to copy every feature from every SaaS into one giant product.
It’s to let a business combine only the functions it actually needs into one system that can keep changing with the way the business works.
The Workforce setup I have live now is just a working demo of that idea — not a finished HR or payroll replacement.
For example, changing one Attendance entry flows into Timesheets and a payroll estimate.
What I’d really like to learn is:
1. Which SaaS tools are you currently connecting manually?
2. Have you ever considered switching one of them but decided not to? Why?
3. What feature, integration, or existing data would you absolutely refuse to lose?
I’m using those answers to decide which templates and functions to build next.

We published a V2.1 Workforce Box in blockmade. It starts with five connected Plates: Overview, Attendance, Timesheets, Leave, and Payroll. You can edit the sample attendance rows, check the hours in Timesheets, review leave, and see an hours-based payroll estimate. CSV import/export helps test the flow with sample data. The finished Box can be customized with your own Plates and Blocks.
