The BBB

Like many others I've always heard about the Better Business Bureau. How you utilized them if you had a massive issue with an organization and how they signified a company who was 'true & honest.'
As a business owner myself I felt it imperative to sign up and become accredited with the BBB. I did not realize that it came at a cost, which now makes sense. We went through the process of becoming accredited so that we could continue to show to our customers and prospective customers that we are serious about our business. This is something that we wish to grow as quickly as possible while continuing to have a remarkable building and customer experience. Here's to our accreditation and here's hoping that we continue to see the growth that we do so that we can provide everyone with an epic Lego experience!
