Building the MVP

As I've been working on side projects for some time now, I've established a process for creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). There are two major considerations I keep in mind when developing an MVP:

Choosing a technology stack that will ensure the longevity of the project: This is a crucial step for me, as I don't want to have to shut down any products I've built. While this can make the development process more challenging, as I need to consider long-term costs, it ultimately results in more sustainable, profitable projects (excluding my time investment).

Identifying the absolute bare minimum features necessary to launch the product to the public: This can be a difficult task, as it's easy to get caught up in adding new features. However, I try to focus on the features that offer the most value and differentiate my product from the competition, and prioritize getting those ready for launch.
