How did we come up with the idea?

Our background has always been in payments. We built ChargebackStop because we saw first-hand how much of a cost, risk and pain chargebacks are for software companies. Yet, there was no purpose-built solution for them. There are plenty of legacy chargeback management services that take a % of your winnings or ones that specialise in eCommerce, but none that were focused on software companies specifically. So we built one.
