CONREGO 5.0 released

This marked a new beginnig for us. The navigation was reworked (the previous version felt really awkward), we added tons of new functionalities, and greatly improved stability. Months of testing, adapting documentation, and bugfixing. But the most important change is that CONREGO is now SaaS. This means no client-side installation and that we can fix any bug immediately for every user.
