Ideation - How to solve my issue

So I had been using different invoicing platforms for many years now. However, they all seemed to fail in solving my main issue - limited customer management on the lowest paid plan. The main challenge for me is that I just did not make enough money to justify the amount to be paid for just invoicing alone. Also the way things work in my part of the world is quite different as we hardly have repeat customers.

I then started looking into invoice management etc. The one thing that struck me was how similar all the platforms are and how limited in options to the price sensitive consumer. In the west $9 may not be anything, but in Africa - its a lot for just one of many services.

Now i have decided to create an invoicing platform to solve my problem and that of a number of people like me.
