The itch: every "make money on the side" list is the same recycled garbage — take surveys for $0.40, test websites for $8, sell your old clothes. I wanted the opposite: a short, honest list of things that pay real money ($50 minimum, some up to $75,000) for minimal time and effort, with tools to actually act on them.

What it is: easyside.cash — 8 ways to earn, ranked by payout and effort. Card and bank signup bonuses ($200–$1,000 for filling out a form), AI training work ($15–$50/hr remote), plasma donation (same-day pay, $400–$1,000 first month), sperm/egg donation, paid clinical trials, surrogacy ($45k–$75k). Nothing that pays in gift cards or "exposure."

The moat is the data, not the list. Anyone can write a listicle. So each option comes with its own finder tool:

• Clinical trials finder — every recruiting US study that accepts healthy volunteers (5,000+), searchable by ZIP + radius, with eligibility criteria and site phone numbers. A Python script (stdlib only) hits the ClinicalTrials.gov API daily via cron on a $3 shared host and rewrites the dataset. Closed studies disappear automatically.

• Plasma center directory — 1,137 US centers with addresses, hours, and phones, ZIP-radius search.

• Sperm bank directory — 67 donation locations, hand-collected: exact addresses, what each bank actually pays per donation, and who qualifies (most people don't know banks reject ~95% of applicants).

Stack: static HTML + vanilla JS, zero frameworks, zero build step. Data lives in flat JS files the pages load with cache-busting. Free ZIP geocoding via zippopotam.us, distance math in the browser. The whole thing runs on cPanel shared hosting with one cron job.

Monetization: referral and affiliate links where I have them, UTM-tagged outbound links everywhere else — so partners can see the traffic I send before I pitch them a referral deal.

This is #3 in a family of "boring money" directories:

• allcredit.cards — every US credit card in one place, from banks and credit unions (most comparison sites skip credit unions entirely).

• aitrainer.jobs — 30+ companies hiring AI trainers, 9,000+ open roles. Engineers and STEM folks are in absurd demand right now, but there's work for writers, linguists, doctors, lawyers too.

What's next: turning the directory into a two-sided referral marketplace — companies list their donor/signup offers, referrers get one link that works across all of them, I take a fee per qualified candidate.
