Reddit Ads vs. Facebook Ads - The result
by JoshWe tried Reddit Ads and Facebook Ads, each for one week, with nearly the same budget.
This is the result:
Redit Ads: ~200 clicks with a cost per click of 0.15€
Facebook Ads: ~1100 clicks with a cost per click of 0.0359€
This means that Facebook Ads outperformed Reddit Ads by far for us in terms of CPC and total clicks.

Good question. I do not have my conversion tracking in place yet (definitely on the top of my TODO list)

Hey! Where are you getting the information on the clicks from?
I recently found out that for example for Facebook, they don't always give you the real clicks but rather an estimate (even if they can mesasure it).
I ran a campaign that said 500 clicks but my analytics said way less than half.
I've done a lot of facebook ads many years ago, and now I'm back in the game and I could't believe the huge difference. It never coincided exactly, but it was a lot closer than this
My advice would be to check out Analytics if you have it installed to get a clearer picture. There you can also see time on page, bounce, etc to understand the quality of the traffic.
