First paying customer! Whoa!

We still haven't officially announced our launch and yet we got our first paying customer today, totally organically! Great news to wake up to on a weekend.

We've been onboarding quite a few new users every day now thanks to some simple outreach we've been doing through social media (Facebook groups and Twitter). Slowly it's starting to seem like we're gaining traction among design and marketing agencies.

We still have a lot of work to do before we officially launch, but we're planning to go live on Product Hunt next week.

    Congrats Tom! Love the idea

I'm curious, what's your tech stack

Good question. I forgot we published this a while back on StackShare. I memorialized it in the help article below.

This is one impressive landing page. I'm convinced of the value. Can you tell us a bit of the UI/UX? What has been your process for the animations, etc.

Hi @Beefin, sure! We built the UI on bootstrap, started with a template and heavily modified it. The app ui (go.fast.io) is all bootstrap again but a completely custom React UI.

The animations started in Adobe Illustrator, they're then exported into After Effects where we animate them and export them as SVG Javascript animations with the BodyMovin plugin which we then embed in the HTML page. Hope that answers your question :) We worked with an outside animator to animate the vector graphics we created, so I can't take credit for actual animation.
