Add User Feedback, Roadmaps, and Changelogs to Your Product

We’ve been building FeedLog, an open-source feedback tool for SaaS products.

The idea is pretty simple: user feedback is everywhere — feature requests, bug reports, suggestions, complaints — but it often ends up scattered across email, Discord, X, support tickets, and random spreadsheets.

FeedLog helps bring that feedback into one place, organize it with AI, and connect it to your roadmap and changelog.

We’re still early, and honestly, we want to learn from real products using it rather than guessing what people need.

So we’re looking for a few SaaS founders, indie hackers, and product builders who want to try FeedLog for free.

You can use it to:

Collect feature requests and bug reports
Let users vote and discuss feedback
Organize feedback with AI
Share a public roadmap
Keep users updated through a changelog
Add a feedback widget directly to your product

IH signups will tell you the idea is "interesting." They won't tell you if the board replaces a real workflow. I'd recruit where people already drown in unstructured feedback — founders posting "feature requests live in three Discords and a spreadsheet" — and only onboard ones who will paste a week of real tickets on day one. Freeze the widget / AI-organize pitch until two of those users come back without you prompting. Curiosity testers pad the waitlist; repeated use from someone with an existing feedback mess is the only signal that the loop is worth building.

The scattered-feedback problem is clear.
Curious whether early users see FeedLog as replacing their existing feedback tools, or mainly as the layer that turns all that scattered input into something actionable for the roadmap.

  That’s a good question. I think we’re aiming for the latter, at least initially. FeedLog can replace a basic feedback board, but the bigger idea is to turn scattered feedback into something actionable — organize it, identify recurring requests, connect it to the roadmap, and close the loop with users. We’re still early, though, so we’re specifically looking for users to help us figure out where that layer is actually most valuable.
