Shipped the pre-MVP for GH Perks

Finally, it's done. I've been hacking on this non-stop for the past week. I got GitHub auth working and now people can sign in to get notified of the launch. Now it's time to spread the word - ghperks.com is live and ready for signups!

Next week is going to be spent building the core features getting the word out. I've set myself a goal of 100 pre-signups in the next two weeks. Will post back here either way!
