A User paid me for GitJournal

While following up with a user who had a bug, he offered me a 50$ Amazon coupon as he was concerned about the long term viability of the project. Especially given I haven't added any monetization features right now.

It's good feedback that some users want to pay, and I should implement a pro mode ASAP.
