​Most existing safety apps force user registration, feature invasive ads, or lack accurate regional data. Glutensa is a free, lightweight Progressive Web App (PWA) designed to solve this with:

​Fallbacks to Open Food Facts API & web-based OCR label extraction
​Zero mandatory registration and offline-first performance
