Any thoughts on who to use. I have made money from Redbubble in the past, but the best rates seem to be SpreadShirt?

Depends a lot on what you're looking for. Those are good options, I've also used Printful, you can use them with shopify and they'll print and fufill orders without you having to do anything.
PS. Just read your whole story, it was super insightful thanks for sharing (I hope you keep updating). As soon as I opened up your site I thought "this looks a like Krunker" so that's hilarious you know the creator. It would be cool if you talked about what tools you use for development, or other topics for example why you make browser games over apps etc.
