Created and published hipstapas npm package

Extracted the core functionality (validation and generation of passphrases, uuids, dice-passphrases with EFF wordlists and random numbers) into a npm package - hipstapas.core - and published it to npmjs: https://www.npmjs.com/package/hipstapas.core.
