60 sign-ups and first paying customers
by Mark WhitmanWe have had 60 people sign-up to KeyClusters and 8 have converted to paying customers. I'm pretty happy with the 60 sign-ups, but not delighted that only 8 have converted to paying customers. I think the issue is our free credits. We're currently offering 500 - which is a lot. Already 3 or 4 sign-ups have used multiple email addresses to get more free credits. We've decided to reduce free credits to 100.

You can even reduce that to 50 and try to give a demo environment where customer can directly see the benefit of paying even before trial.
Ofcourse test it. And don't forget hotjar or clarity to check how your users are using the App
