Learning from failures and LTD against MRR

I realize that I spent several months focusing on other clients' projects instead of my own, and looking back, I believe this was a mistake. By prioritizing my own projects, I could have potentially generated better profits and had the opportunity to hire more people. However, lessons often come to us in unexpected ways.

I may have been stubborn and resistant to change, but now everything is much clearer to me. I would rather concentrate on acquiring lifetime customers who can share information about their business and how my system can assist them, rather than constantly trying to understand and implement ideas that may or may not work for them, leading to a cycle of continuous improvement and exploration of different niches.

Maintaining an open door for lifetime subscriptions rather than solely focusing on monthly recurring revenue is a wonderful approach. This approach allows for a larger budget to test and document my processes while also studying and learning from other experts to enhance my skills. I have always appreciated the idea of failing publicly to save others time and effort.
