Moved to a New Hosting Infrastructure

With an increasing number of users. Our biggest challenge had been stabilizing the system. Unfortunately, we lost around 30% of our customers due to the instability of the system, and because we were trying out too many things at a time.

We hired a couple of external DevOps to analyze and suggest what's best for us. The process was tedious and the results weren't impressive as we've got to deal with one issue or the other. Cost, of course, was one of those.

After months of trying out different infrastructures (with cost in mind), we finally reached a green point where everyone can have a breath of fresh air... the entire system works PERFECTLY! And most importantly, we're not breaking the bank as the new system is easily scalable.

We haven't reached our final point just yet, however, this is a sign that we're in the right direction.

And more appealing is the feedback we received from our users!
