After reviewing the reports and feedback I've come to the following new insights:
- About 50% of the users prefer a "pay as you go" subscription
- 90% like the product
- Email notifications should be implemented for reports that are finished
- 75% found the chat assistant useful, as the reports are quite large
Soon we will be launching the first paid version of MarqtAI, where we add the email notifications, a progress bar for running reports and some more "admin" functions. I think determining the subscriptions and pay as you go options will take a little time.
How much to ask for the product, what limits to set etc? I don't really know yet :)
