2 new customers - 10k ARR here we go!
by Romain de Wolff2 new customers with respectively 3 and 4 seats have helped groiw the MRR to close to 10k ARR.
Meanwhile I am focusing on the launch of AirCal and not doing much. It's running mostly on auto pilot.
The next steps will be

to fix 3 bugs and implement an enhancement to make data loading 100x faster. I am thinking about hiring someone to do the dev (React Native, Mobx, FeatherJS and CouchDB).

refine the placement to focus on what we are : a standalone calendar for mobile users. No need to use Google Calendar or iCloud or anything. It's a standalone alternative to Calendly.
Looking forward passing the 10k ARR soon 👀 🤑

I am using my own tools. I use time blockers in AirCal. It's greatly inspired from Notion, so we have this amazing text area that are very big and let us write with style. I can capture everything I have in my mind, prepare some drafts, link my tweets or ideas or whatever.
It has the ability to mark the event as completed. It's really cool to check it when it's complete or to reschedule it when I need to plan it again.
What is the AI I can start today by just asking to plan for me my day, according to my constraints. Just works amazing!
Colors for different roles I have different businesses or goals.
I then use the templates mechanism to setup my ideal week and copy this every sunday.
Mix all this together and .. BOOM, you got 200% productivity boost 💥
