All it takes is time and effort
by ColinIt's been an eventful and busy year. First real customers and trials, lots of bugs, tons of feedback. Building as a side project is difficult and completely different than having a team of devs ready to tackle any issue or feature. But build we do and slowly we are starting to gain some steam. Some highlights
- Launched a new Forms feature to offer forms to cover simple to complex use cases.
- Launched the ability to collect Payments via Stripe
- Combine scheduling, forms, and payments in one unified flow
- Group scheduling options
- A CRM section for managing contacts and collecting stats around your interactions.
- Onboarded 2 team members to help with additional dev and business support.
Making great products takes time. I personally wouldn't say Meettrics is 'great' yet but it's simply applying the polish and the UX, which takes time. Lots of time. For the last half of this year, we are focusing on improving and making sure the existing feature set has a great market fit. In addition, we are looking to refine our numbers around the cost of a trial and paying member.
