In our offices, we have a calendar with nerdy info. The calendar is often a topic of conversations in the team. "Hey look, today is PI Day, did you know..."

We thought it was cool to be informed every morning if there are any nerdy events today.

Quickly you had a topic with colleagues, quickly a topic for the social channels was found!
