$10M in profit by the end of the year?

Ok fine, that is a bit click baity BUT, we're on track to hit $10M in profit across both my agencies since 2020, working 25h/wk. So that's pretty fun.

Ok anyway, back to the good stuff:

Updates:

1. This month we'll hit record revenue numbers and last month came in at 19k/mo in profit, goal is to hit $55k/mo by end of Q2
2. I've committed to post updates here and on Youtube every Monday. So no more ghosting this thread - I'm back baby!

Challenges:

1. We had a huge stumbling in Q3 last year and lost a bunch of customers because of it. We spent all of Q4 fixing the broken bits, hiring the right team members, and adding in processes that have led us to hit 100% NRR this month - super proud of the turn around on that front.
2. We hired a sales guy and realized he wasn't the right person for the role after missing our targets for the past 4 months. That said we just hired a new rep and I'm bullish on the change.
