Got matched by GitHub fund!

Great news before this year ended, my open source contributions now can get supported via GitHub Sponsors!

This is great news by itself, but it's just got better as I got matched by GitHub Sponsors Matching Fund for the next 12 months.

What exactly does this mean? For every sponsored dollar by supporters, I will get a matching dollar from GitHub's Sponsors Fund.

What does it mean for the community and my open source contributions:

  1. GitHub would deposit every sponsored dollar to my account without taking a penny (unlike other services);
  2. This would help me focus on a codebase, documentation, and community support (not getting more "sponsors," "patrons," or "donations");
  3. I'm going to dedicate more time to open source for a better, safer, and faster World Wide Web.
