ovellan is an AI customer service agent for local businesses and webshops, and we're currently pre-launch. It answers questions, books appointments and captures leads 24/7, trained only on the business's own content so it doesn't make things up.

The reason we built it, a lot of local businesses, think dentists, salons, garages, still run on outdated sites where nearly everything happens by hand. Calls get missed after hours, booking requests sit unanswered overnight. That is lost revenue every day, and the existing tools are built and priced for large US support teams and rarely EU-data-safe.
