When we started building Padro, we considered giving creators a dashboard where they could upload everything and set up the whole twin themselves.

But most creators don’t want another tool they have to learn.

So we’re handling the work for them.

Creators send us their videos, podcasts, courses, newsletters or anything else they’ve made. We build the twin, set up the citations and guardrails, host it and handle payments.

They can then test it, teach it and make any changes before sharing it with their audience.

The goal is simple: creators should be able to monetize what they already know without having to build or manage the technology behind it.

Would you prefer this kind of done-for-you setup, or would you still want control over the entire build?

We’re building Padro to help creators and experts monetize their knowledge with an AI twin. We handle the build, hosting and payments, and the creator decides how to offer it to their audience.

One option is to sell access to the twin on its own. Someone pays to ask questions based on the creator’s videos, courses and other work.

The other is to include it in an existing course, coaching package or membership. The twin gives people another reason to buy, or to keep paying.

I can see both working, but I’m curious what people would actually choose for their own business.

If you already sell your knowledge, would you charge separately for this or include it in something you already sell?

I had a business idea and wanted Iman Gadzhi’s take on it, so I paid to ask his AI twin.

The advice was genuinely useful. It broke down my idea in detail and responded using the same terms and frameworks Iman uses in his content. It felt much closer to asking him directly than searching through hours of videos.

That gave me the idea for Padro.

Padro helps creators and experts monetize their knowledge by turning their videos, podcasts, courses, newsletters and other content into an AI twin their audience can pay to use.

I’m still early, and there’s one thing I really want to find out: If you’ve built an audience around what you know, would you pay to create your own AI twin?
