Changed up our pricing model

I just launched a big update to both the service and our pricing model.
Previously our pricing was per page based, which made sense to me at the time, but a lot of feedback suggested that people would rather pay a flat fee per site (and who really knows how many pages your site has anyway?)

Our new price is per domain based, and should work out cheaper for most people too, excited to see how it works out.
