Added new features and revamped application UI

Currently in beta. With payfunnels users can accept following payment types.

1. One-time payment.
2. Recurring payments.
3. One-time setup fees with recurring payments.
4. Payment plans. (Recurring with cutoff period. eg. 3 monthly payments of $500.00.)
5. Add Tax/VAT percent.
6. Offer trial option for recurring.
7. Issue partial or complete refund.
