Started working on Pigeon Beta
Hired a developer to build the beta version of Pigeon. Quite an experienced guy from Ukraine.
It took me almost 4 hours to explain why, for whom and what has to be built in this beta version of the product.
One core feature, the entry point, frequent usability to have strong retention rate, this was the key.

Thinking of a Pigeon Creating meeting invites
Whenever I talk to any of the prospects on LinkedIn and we agree to meet on a call. Doesn't it feel a full stop to the conversation. You need to open a new tab, visit any meeting platform, ask for email address and then finally create an invite.
