First customer onboarded

This is a free customer from a consulting client, so not a paying customer, but will be useful to guide product development as it is a team of 10 who will be using the product extensively I hope.

I've also made some progress with the import process (required to onboard this customer), and updated the status page so that it is ready for production use.
