Released a Bubble plugin

So I got a request from a user to create a Bubble plugin for Rella and decided to give it a shot, having never actually used Bubble in my life.

After navigating the somewhat questionable docs I managed to figure it out and get a basic plugin released in a couple of hours 🎉 :🎉
