June Recap

June was a fun month. Launched the new job tracker, got some new paying customers, and finally got started on marketing and such. My goals for July are small, largely because I have other things I want to prioritize (new job as a bookseller, spending time outside, hanging with friends), but there are some key things I hope to finish nonetheless.

  1. Site Structure

There are some pages I plan on building for marketing purposes (industry pages, resume templates, etc...) I plan on adding these to the site to help improve my organic reach

  1. Automated cover letters

I'm actually very close to achieving this already, but users will soon be able to create automated cover letters for any job. It's going to be an exciting feature since it brings the whole application point closer to full automation

  1. Onboarding Flow

I know there's quite a bit of work to do for the onboarding flow to make it fully cohesive, I hope to tighten some things up and continue working on it so that it gets to the point where I'm satisfied

Metrics

Overall we saw some slight increases in the positive direction for the big things (MRR, users, jobs, etc...) Traffic was down because I ran less paid experiments, but I expect it to soon pick up given I'm doing more social media promo
