Keeping it simple

In setting up the processes for Scribly, I've been really conscious not to get stuck in tool overload. I've tried to keep everything as simple and streamlined as possible. Trello has been a total lifesaver in providing all the production infrastructure I need, both for writers and and clients. Best of all - it's free. I was tempted to throw myself into more complex routes, but learning how to scale back to the simplest solution possible has been a really enlightening process.
