Released the SnipCSS Extension and application

I released an extension called SnipCSS that extracts the css rules from a subset of the DOM. It's very useful for myself when I want to build something that looks similar to something else on the web.

I tried selling the extension but didn't get anyone interested in buying it. The free version still has about 200 active users so some people are using it.

The project is on hold while I make ScrapeHawk into a product I can sell - but I do have plans to keep on updating SnipCSS this year.

The main thing I want to do is get rid of the desktop application and bring those Pro features to the Chrome extension. It would just be easier to manage one codebase. I also have a lot of other plans but right now the focus is on ScrapeHawk.
