Merged the company!

Today is an important day. We've signed a deal with the executives at Guliver Group, and we're happy to announce that Hulyo Tourism (a Guliver Group company) is now taking over our Israeli operation.

Spontix Israel is now "Hulyo Live IL", while our Spontix International is now focusing on B2B ticketing systems worldwide.

We came a long way together building an amazing B2B and B2C apps. We've realized what we love the most is helping businesses grow, and letting our friends at Guliver to take care of our consumer app.
