September 6, 2026 See Your Microsoft Teams Workforce at a Glance

Staff Glance is a simple way for teams to see who’s working, where they’re working, and who’s available.

The idea came from a basic problem: answering “Is Sarah working today?” shouldn’t require checking calendars, messages, or asking around.

Staff Glance brings that information into one clear view, with Microsoft Teams and calendar integrations available for additional context.

No employee monitoring or productivity scoring. Just useful team visibility.

I’d love feedback from other founders and teams on what works, what’s missing, or what you’d change.

The “is Sarah working today?” problem is easy to understand. Do teams actually make fewer coordination decisions or interruptions after having this view, or is it mainly a convenience layer?

That’s a fair question. Right now I’d call it both a convenience and coordination layer. The goal is to remove those small interruptions and make basic availability decisions faster, but I’m still early and gathering real-world usage data to see how much impact it has in practice.

That coordination angle is the more interesting part. I’d be interested in seeing what the real usage data shows. If you’re open to it, what’s the best email to reach you on?

Absolutely, I’d be happy to stay in touch and share what I learn as usage grows. Feel free to send me a DM here and we can connect. Thanks for the interest!
