Finished the first version

The app is built with Vue.js, Tailwindcss and Socket.io. I finished the whole app in 4 evenings and then used an entire Sunday to deploy it to production. Check it out: https://stagetimer.io/

Right now it is a free tool. If it catches on and is useful to people I consider adding some premium features.
