High order volume - Automation 🦍

We started to see rapid growth and as we don't sell "off the shelf" products we needed to start thinking about how to automate because we spend way too much time making the cutouts of the heads of the animals in Photoshop, uploading and downloading files.

We wrote down our whole workflow and thought how we could automate, outsource certain parts of our business. We found a couple of them that we could afford and really gained enormously in terms of efficiency, we were ready for the next phase in our growth.

We outsourced the cutout process completely to India and we automated our whole export flow in shopify and import flow into google sheets.
