After having read multiple startup founders (like @levelsio) complain about the built-in Stripe Pricing table, and how it tanked conversion rates, I set out to rebuild our pricing table from scratch. It also allowed for more complex products, dark mode, and localization!
The biggest pain point for new customers was in our tutorial and documentation. So, based on feedback by some prospects, we outlined what to do. Since then, we’ve been hard at work improving it, and can finally launch it together with TacoTranslate v2!
Super exciting day for us to see someone I don’t know signing up, trying the free plan, and then deciding to become a paying customer! It’ll be very interesting to figure out what they’re going to be using TacoTranslate for, and hearing what they think.
Version 1.0.0 of the TacoTranslate client on npm was just published! It feels great to finally mark this version as stable. Now to start preparing for version 2.0.0 with either Vue, Angular, or React Native support! 🥳
