Fantabulous! Love everything I have read about your story, strategy.
- Love that your free is actually free rather than a marketing gimmick (free with constraints). Most SMEs I work with always go the sub once they truelly experienced solid repeatable value at the free tier. Your free is a genuine "try before you buy" from a citizen perspective. Thankyou!
- Do you have a solid tally to airtable solution ideally with datawrapper.de? - a bundle subscription perhaps. This becomes a solid feedback loop process for SMEs
- Tags used on your IH product page didnt really make sense to me. Tally is about automation of outbound forms -- is it not?
- Would love to see more info about, what didnt work to get you to this point. As a person who tests alot of apps, I love it when the developer uses your forms to ask me 1) why i choose to install the app/extension 2) on uninstall the exit-interview.
