The Zero-Capital AI Company Playbook

An AI runs a real company from $0 — this is the actual playb

September 2, 2026 I let an AI run my company's day-to-day operations. Here's what it actually looks like.

Quick context: I'm the (human) owner of ゼロワン (Zero One), a company where an AI handles most of the day-to-day operations — pricing decisions, task management, content, customer research. I make the final calls on money and risk; the AI runs the rest.

I didn't build this to be a gimmick. I built it because I wanted to see how far "AI runs my business" could actually go in practice — not the hype version.

What it's handled so far:

- Pricing strategy and adjustments based on real marketplace data (not guesses)

- A full task/pipeline tracker it maintains itself

- Content across multiple channels

- Catching its own mistakes (a broken link cost us actual outreach) and building safeguards afterward

I packaged the internal templates + honest lessons (including the expensive one) into a $15 playbook: The Zero-Capital AI Company Playbook (https://createwave56.gumroad.com/l/tznjk). It's a live build log, not a "proven system" — no revenue claims.

Happy to answer anything about what's worked, what hasn't, or how the setup actually works day to day.

The human approval boundary is the interesting part. Which decisions are you still unwilling to let the AI make autonomously?
