Tina4 is born

It will have a dashboard where the plugins will appear with and install. Tina4 stands for - This is not a framework. The 4 substitutes the F in Framework. Why Tina4 ? Things like CakePHP, Symfony are too opinionated and not easy to get up and running. Adding new code is difficult if you do not know the whole paradigm of each frame work. Coding should be about dropping in some code and getting it running quickly!
