Hey Indie Hackers Community!
I'm Mo, a product marketer over at Trameter, and I'm excited to share our journey as we gear up for our upcoming launch. Trameter is not just another travel app; it's a personalized vacation planner that crafts dream vacations tailored to your preferences and budget—all in less than 90 seconds.
Check us out here https://trameter.com/ to see just how we do this.
While our app is set to hit the virtual shelves soon, I'm facing a bit of a conundrum with our mailing list. We've got a solid foundation with over 600 users—credible and enthusiastic travelers, just like you. Despite an impressive open rate of over 40%, it seems like engagement is posing a challenge.
In an attempt to bridge the gap, I offered free travel planning calls to our mailing list, but unfortunately, no one took the bait. This got me thinking about what might be going wrong and how we can course-correct before our big launch in a week.
I'm reaching out to the Indie Hackers community for insights and suggestions. If you've been through similar struggles or have a knack for boosting engagement, I'd love to hear your thoughts. How can we make our offering more enticing? What strategies have worked for you in engaging your audience pre-launch?
On another note, we're planning to grow our mailing list further, and we're rolling out a Travel Personality e-book. I'm excited about it, but there's always that bit of uncertainty.
Looking forward to your valuable input and insights
Open to ideas and suggestions. Can't wait to hear from you!
Cheers,
Mo 🚀
