My first paying customers. Help me keep them.

Likely it's to the documentation that I am lacking on. I would very much appreciate some guidance from you as a potential customer in exchange for a free lifetime key.

It's really as simple as this:
Great product + great customer service.
I know it's simple in theory, but hard to execute. Therein lies the difference between you and most who don't have the above combination. Not many are willing to put in the hard work and persistence. You do.
