Even after years as a software engineer, preparing a launch is always a lot of stress for me. When I'm preparing a launch for a client my worries are limited to my actual work. When it's my own project I worry about everything. I'm stressing about wording, brand colors, images, grammar and typos, typos everywhere.
While most responses are generally positive, somehow I still expect people to respond negative. I can't explain why. So I prepare texts for the different platforms, images and tweets. All hand crafted and revisited too many times.
It all goes on for a few days until I feel like I can't put it off anymore. I just need to get it out and launch it. It's like a pressure building up.
