Development Mistakes and How we overcame it

As we were not coders ourselves, we needed to seek help in development. We had an outline of what features we wanted to incorporate in the app, and how the whole infrastructure works. We had gone through three developers before finding the perfect one to help us with the development.

The first two developers had issues with their coding / did not submit full source codes / coded an app with many bugs and crashes that was unable to be resolved. There was even one developer who held our admin account as ransom! (Luckily we managed to get it back)

Through each and every step in the way, we also learn valuable lessons on how to source for a reliable coder and how a code should be.
